E-light for face-lifting is much better than only IPL, this is the biggest advantage. And for acne and skin-rejuvenation, the effect of E-light is also much better. For the soft and light hairs, the effect is also better than only by IPL machine.
Compared with only IPL machine:
1. As the epidermis is pre-cooled by the cooling semi-conductor, the energy of RF and E-light penetrate into the deep tissue directly, while most of the energy isn't absorbed by the pigment on the epidermis, I mean less energy is absorbed by the outside pigment or dark skin, so E-light machine ensure the safety, less possibility to be burnt .
2. IPL can only penetrate about 2.5mm, while E-light can penetrate about 4mm.
3. IPL machine: only 30% to 40% of the energy can be absorbed by the tissue, other energy is reflected or refracted. While E-light: mostly used for adjusting the impedance of the skin tissue so as to avoid the problem of the reflection and refraction.
